305 Fitness is a 45-minute nonstop cardio party featuring fun, easy-to-follow dance cardio moves and a sneaky little toning and HIIT segment in the middle. With music mixes curated by NYC DJs, this class is perfect for music lovers and open to all levels. No dance experience required. All you need is a pair of sneakers and an open mind. You don’t need to be a dancer to #MakeSweatSexy.

VXN WORKOUT

VXN Workout is a dance cardio class that’ll deliver on making you feel like you’re center-stage at a live performance or having a fun night out at the club. VXN features easy-to-learn follow-along combos set to a mix of your favorite Latin, Pop, and Hip Hop hits. While our playlists vary for each class, we make sure to repeat certain routines from week to week so you can you sink into the moves a little more boldly every time! Warning: we like to get a little sexy in this class. All dance levels are welcome!

HYPE

HYPE is Fitcidence’s very own dance cardio format with follow-along choreo curated by our instructor team. Sweat to a non-stop high energy playlist (updated each month with the latest hits and TikTok trends) and end class with a spicy routine taught by progression.
