PREPPING FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS

  • Trust Yourself! There’s seriously no such thing as messing up in our classes.

  • Don’t think about it. JUST. HAVE. FUN. When in doubt, just move your body in whatever way feels right and makes you happy!

  • HYDRATE! Bring a water bottle and a towel for that sweat.

  • Wear the right kicks! (We recommend cross training shoes)

  • Stretch, rinse and repeat!
